- Refund Policy:
1.1 Refund Eligibility: At AC Digital Media Services, we are committed to providing top-quality video production services to our esteemed clients in Virginia. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that situations may arise where a refund is warranted. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
a) Failure to Commence Services: If we fail to initiate the video production services as agreed upon in the contract, you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the services not delivered.
b) Unsatisfactory Service Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered video production service and can provide valid reasons for your dissatisfaction, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.
1.2 Refund Procedure: To initiate the refund process, you must contact our customer support team at 540-514-7199 within 30 days of the service delivery date. Please provide detailed information and evidence of the concern to help expedite the evaluation process.
1.3 Refund Limitations: Please note that not all situations may qualify for a refund. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
a) Changes in Personal Preferences: Refunds will not be issued based on changes in personal preferences or creative differences after the service has been provided according to the agreed-upon terms.
b) Third-Party Services: Any additional costs incurred for third-party services, such as music licensing or voice-over services, and editing will not be eligible for a refund.
c) Delays Beyond Our Control: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failures, or other events beyond our control.
- Cancellation Policy:
2.1 Cancellation by the Client: If you wish to cancel the video production services before completion, you must provide written notice to AC Digital Media Services as soon as possible. The cancellation will be subject to the following conditions:
a) Cancellation before Project Commencement: If you cancel the project before the initiation of video production services, you may be eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
b) Cancellation during Project Execution: If you cancel the project after the commencement of video production services, we will evaluate the work completed up to that point, and a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made.
2.2 Cancellation by AC Digital Media Services: In the unlikely event that we cannot continue providing video production services due to unforeseen circumstances or any other valid reasons, we will notify you promptly. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund for the services not yet rendered.
- Compliance with Virginia Laws:
This Refund & Cancellation Policy complies with the applicable laws of Virginia, and any disputes arising out of this policy will be governed by the state’s laws.
